I teach classical piano and voice. A properly trained voice is capable of any genre or style and so classical voice is the best place to start, even if you don't plan to stay in that field. I teach my students to sight read and be musical at all times - the most important tenants of being a musician. Piano playing is as important as sight singing skills. I train my piano students not only to play quality repertoire, but how to read music, improvise, and to work as a functional pianist. Voice lessons in Los Alamitos help teach students how to be well rounded musicians!

I recently graduated from CSULB with degrees in vocal performance as well as music education. During my undergrad I performed in many musicals and operas most notably playing the role of Magaldi in Evita and The Boss in Sideshow. Recently I played Jesus in the Southern California premiere of Jerry Springer:The Opera which won the Ovation award for Best Musical. This past summer I played Cinderella’s Prince/Wolf in the LB Playhouse production of Into the Woods. I love to give voice lessons in Los Alamitos!

I first caught the bug when I noticed my little 8 year old cousin taking piano lessons. I took one of her first books and started to teach myself to play at 16 years old. I became obsessed, and before I knew it, I was sight reading, and playing better than she was! Now, I mainly sing, having ventured into that area in my first semester of college. I have tried all sorts of music, from vocal jazz, choral, opera, musical theatre, to Italian Art songs. Currently, I am a student at CSUF, studying voice and teaching in Los Alamitos.
