Piano TeacherLos Angeles, CA

An avid coffee drinker and penguin lover, I can be found furthering my passion for music education at the University of Southern California (USC) pursing my master of music in contemporary teaching practice. Prior to that, I graduated magna cum laude at Chapman University, found in my native and beloved Orange County, with a bachelor’s degree in piano performance with a minor in integrated educational studies. There I could be found performing both solo and ensemble works on the piano, as well as the flute. Currently, I can be found furthering my musicianship as the choral piano accompanist at Buena Park high school and utilizing the skills I have learned playing for numerous ensembles in college in the professional setting. My true passion, however, lies in music education and giving the joy of music to the generation of tomorrow. I am a committed and passionate teacher who has been teaching piano and music theory to people of all ages since 2013. Whether it be in the music they are playing or the music they are listening to, my goal is to instill in my students a passion and appreciation for music that will, hopefully, last a lifetime.

Professional Music TeacherFountain Valley, CA

I have been a professional music teacher since 1989, teaching all of the traditional band & orchestra instruments (winds & strings). I thoroughly enjoy teaching my students and I try to make our lessons as fun as possible. I specialize in elementary, middle, & high school students, along with adults. My education includes a Bachelor of Music degree from Cal-State Long Beach which has led me to become very knowledgeable of all the wind & string instruments listed in order to gain a full understanding of how to teach them to my students. I specialize in structuring my lessons to meet how the student desires to be taught. I want the student to be happy and have fun while learning to play their instrument.
